Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates

Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates above begin once your parcel leaves our fulfillment centre, and do not include the processing period. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs can occasionally extend transit times.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
