Nick has been a tech and research entrepreneur for two decades. It was only when his then-girlfriend became sick with cancer that he began exploring the potential of mushroom as a tool for wellness. He splits his time between Jamaica and North America, bringing his passion and experience to the goal of revolutionizing how the world sees fungi medicine.

Terri’s passions lie in making wellness possible forunderserved people and communities. Asa young mother recently arrived in Canada, she completedher studies Literature and SocialCultural Anthropology and developed her expertisein Labour Market Re-entry for injuredworkers and economically disadvantaged adults. Smithreturned to Jamaica to care for anelderly relative, where she and her husband took upa mushroom farm using a uniqueproprietary lemongrass-bamboo substrate.Terri believesin atriple bottom line approach togrowing: every community entered must be better whenwe leave - financially, socially andenvironmentally.

Dr. Olga Chernoloz
CSO - Chief Scientific Officer
A specialist in neuropsychopharmacology with a Ph.D in neuroscience from the University of Ottawa, Wake’s Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Olga Chernoloz has held a number of roles in clinical trial management, drug development, biotech, and pharmaceutics. Her early work with patients experiencing severe depression inspired her to apply her scientific background to help people achieve mental wellness. Olga’s primary focus now centers around researching the growing practice of microdosing psilocybin.
